JAS Welding is based in Harthill, just off the M8 — bang in the middle between Glasgow and Edinburgh. Handy spot that means I can get to most places across central Scotland (and beyond) without any hassle.

I cover all of Scotland and the wider UK if the job’s right. Whether it’s on-site, offshore, or in a yard somewhere remote, I’ve travelled for plenty of jobs over the years and I’m happy to do it again.

Aye, fully set up for mobile work. I’ve got a rig with generators, welders, air tools, and everything needed to weld on-site. Whether it’s a yard, a farm, or the middle of nowhere — I turn up ready.

Pretty much. carbon steel, stainless, hardox, and aluminium to name a few. Just ask and I’ll tell you straight if I can take it on.

Yes - hard-facing for booms, buckets, and any high-wear parts. Good way to give your kit a longer life without replacing everything.

No problem. I’ve worked offshore for years - rigs, FPSOs, platforms. I hold IRATA Level 3, confined space opito competent rigger and slinger banksman, and all the offshore certs you'd expect.

I’ve welded in tanks, crawlspaces, behind pipe racks - tight access is just part of the job. Confined space trained and used to working where others can’t or won’t.

Yep — full technical drawings or a sketch on the back of a notepad, I’ve worked from both. Long as I’ve got enough info, I’ll make it work.

I can do pressure testing and prep for inspection/NDT if required. I work to spec and make sure everything’s solid before sign-off.
